The HQ held "The Wind Gearbox Operation and Maintenance Training" on March 5, 2015. The training materials were created by the HQ, and the trainers were professional technical lecturers assigned by the HQ. The participants were members from each major wind turbine manufacturer and operator in China. After training, the HQ arranged an examination. Participants who passed the examination received certificates of completion.

The training contents mainly included the following:

1. Workshop visits: Visit workshops to learn about the company's equipment, product processing, and assembly processes.

2. Common faults of wind gearboxes and handling methods: Learn gearbox structures, common faults, and handling methods.

3. Professional explanations on lubrication system knowledge, common faults, and handling methods: Learn lubrication system knowledge, common faults, and handling methods.

4. Common faults of gearboxes with yaw and pitch and handling methods: Learn causes for common faults of gearboxes with yaw and pitch and handling methods.
